Understanding drivers and what drives people
After installing the AIA Business application and registering, employees take the AIA survey with me.
Finding it difficult on the phone? Good news, alternatively, the survey can also be taken in the web version, conveniently on the computer. The duration is approximately 10-15 minutes, and the survey consists of 99 questions that relate exclusively to work, and responses should be based in that context.
Individual analysis of drivers along with suggested developmental tips
It takes just a few minutes for an in-depth analysis, without convoluted interpretations or categorization in colors and typologies. And right after that, you can start taking action. Every analysis I create is prepared individually for each person. There are no two identical analyses. My motto is: Prepared in a friendly format, readable, divided into areas.
Recommendations for manager on how to manage
The manager receives ready-made solutions for work and team management. At the beginning, the manager selects 3 employees for whom they want to receive my guidance. I send them daily, and in return, the manager provides feedback on whether what I suggested worked. This way, after a few weeks, they receive a set of recommendations that are almost 100% accurate.
